Florida Beach Holiday
However, specifically as a honeymoon resort, a lot of people have mixed ideas and reviews of Florida beach holidays or adventure holidays. There is, of course, plenty to do while you are away, although Florida is often used as a family resort, thus making the quiet and romantic honeymoon really a no-go area! Depending on what sort of honeymoon you are looking for, it can be a beautiful place to go, although only in certain areas.
Places such as Animal Kingdom and MGM Studios are fantastic hotspots for holiday-makers and are undoubtedly not to be missed areas of anyone's holiday. Although, some people may find it difficult to relax due to its being a traditionally family oriented holiday and full of children all year round. You may be able to escape the hoards of excited screaming children if you avoid peak times such as inside of school's summer holidays etc. however people do tend to take their children out of schools on occasions so there never really will be a completely child-free Florida beach holiday for anyone!
There are a select few places in Florida where a child-less couple can go to avoid the masses of family holiday-makers. For example, the Victoria and Albert's in Disney is a top class hotel that restricts any children under 10 years old. This hotel also calls for a dress code of evening wear for all adults. This allows for the grown-ups to be grown-ups and have a romantic stay away from the major crowds. Then, if you wish to venture out into Disney land and the theme parks themselves you really will simply have to grin and bear it! You cannot expect to go to a theme park with men in Mickey Mouse suits wandering around and see no children at all!
You can make a romantic honeymoon in many different locations in and around Florida. Providing you do your research and check on summer holidays for schools and different travel ideas you can make a perfect break anywhere in Florida.
