Auto Dialer Pro Overview

Auto Dialer Pro is an automatic call center software for administrator-governed or not-governed outgoing telemarketing calls.

This program has a various usage specter as for surveys, bulk (harassment) calls, community and religious announcements, telemarketing companies and sales leads, political campaigns etc.

Auto Dialer Pro’s basic function is adding phone numbers without limitations to Excel spreadsheet or internal phone lists followed with successive dialing. The program responds to a busy signal by redialing or rolling the number to the end of the queue. An addition to its advanced features is using the AMD (answering machine detect) technology. It responds to an answering machine or a Voice Mail System by playing the message after the beep or pause/silence identification (user adjusting parameters).

There are various options for the prerecorded messages. One of the options is customizing a message (saved in wave file) for every entry. The message transmitting can be manual (by clicking on a Play list) and automatic (preset).

Auto Dialer Pro has a built-in timer. It can be set to start/stop dialing at the scheduled time. Moreover, each call can be scheduled. The other customization options include selecting a different message by pressing a key, automatic/manual disconnection, automatic dialing from the command prompt, multiple profiles (a phone list and a wave for each profile) etc.

Regarding incoming calls Auto Dialer Pro displays the name and/or phone number and stores it to a clipboard (Caller ID capable). If Caller ID corresponds to the preset value, it starts an external application or transmits a message. 

The application will not call the numbers on a “do not call” list. It will keep the data/phone conversation records and automatically remove them after the preset period expires.

The additional features are multi-line phone/Skype dialer (using multiple phone lines or Skype accounts), Firefox plug-in (adding "Dial" to pop-up menu and hyperlinked phone numbers), phone numbers list generator etc.
