Weight Loss Tips Help White House Staff Lose Weight
Weight loss tips are followed almost everywhere but this is apparently the first time around when the White House staff followed weight loss tips so diligently. Susie Morrison, a chef at the White House kitchen states that it was her cravings of pies and pastries that led her to gain weight, yet inspired by the first lady, she and her staff members back at the White House kitchen, started to follow a weight loss diet and exercise plan which worked wonders for them.
Nancy dropped 30 pounds by cycling 26 miles and running 5kms and ensuring that she eats healthy most of the times. Her fat loss program lasted 18 months and she managed to look slim and ravishing in her five foot five inch frame. Most people working at the White House kitchen got inspired by Morrison’s feat and started watching their diet while maintaining their exercise routine. Morrison is known to now snack on an apple or a few grapes instead of her favorite cookies.
Adam Collick, who happens to be the assistant chef, has cut down his calories considerably and instead of sweetened coffee, is drinking water, which is apparently free from excess calories. Two to three cups of coffee are all right and is still preferred by the assistant chef. The 46 year old chef has been known to put away his useless eating habit and consume healthy meals to ensure that he lost 30 pounds of body fat in a considerably short time span. “The reason why we tend to snack is because we are preparing tasty food the entire day.” admits Adam with a smile.
Apparently, the weight loss diet took shape when the White House staff started following Mrs. Obama’s the simple yet effective advices for losing weight. As per the first lady, losing weight doesn’t mean going for crash diets or spending hours in the gym. You simply need to follow a suitable fat loss diet and ensure that you allow your body to remain active at all times.
