BeachBody To Soon Come Out With P90X Part 2 - P90X2
The P90X2 system is going to be designed for the countless people who have moved on from the original P90X system and are now looking for an even more intense program.
The Chief Execution Officer, Carl Daikeler states, “P90X2 was created to take someone who has a good fitness regimen, and put them through a rigorous program involving agility training, core strength training, and help them create stamina and staying power the might have believed they could not.
Users who are anticipating the release of P90X2 do not have to worry about the next version of the system being less effective or modified in a way where the intensity will be reduced. P90X2 will incorporate the same scientific elements of muscle confusion alongside new challenges. These challenges will include agility and balance, and core strength and athleticism.
The sequel to the original P90X system will also introduce a new training method called the Post Activation Potentiation, which was introduced by Harvard trained physician, Dr. Marcus Elliot. He has been refining the methodology to create strong results for athletes as well as a decrease in injury rates.
The methodology of P90X2 will be based on a unique combination of traditional resistance training and total body plyometrics. The new program will train muscles to have more explosive strength.
P90X2 is being created to give help people accomplish even bigger fitness goals. The end goal of the system is to help people increase their run speeds, jump higher, and move more effectively. The system is scheduled to come out in the fall of 2011.
