Indian Press Disappointed With Anna Hazare's Arrest
Newspapers have described the arrest of Anna Hazare as corrupt, stupid, and repressive.
The detention and arrest of Hazare supporters has clearly shown that the government is ugly and repressive as per the press and newspapers.
There is no representative government which can deny peaceful demonstrations.
The activist's tough stance has put the government of India in a bind. If the government does not agree to the demands, more demonstration is expected across the country.
A story, published by an Indian express newspaper hinted the government’s plan was to detain the activist.
Officials within the government were surprised when they heard about Anna Hazare being arrested.
The government's plan was to arrest the activist for few hours and then release him. The government must come with another plan before it’s too late.
