Making sure to eat a well balanced diet is crucial to keeping your mood up. If a person packs in tons of carbs, caffeine, and not enough protein then at the end of the day their energy levels will plummet. This will leave them tired and feeling totally defeated. Cut back on the soda and caffeine. Try drinking one soda a day and limit your cups of coffee to two or three.

During the day make sure to drink at least six, 8 oz. glasses of water. This will help you stay hydrated throughout the day. Not enough fluids-especially water-can leave a person dehydrated. Dehydration can lead to depression, fatigue, and lack of energy. If you do not like to drink plain water, then try to drink vitamin water. It has the added benefit of pumping your body full of much needed vitamins that you might be skipping out on during the day.
Consider dancing to music in order to boost your mood. Dancing and moving your body are terrific ways to relieve your mind of stress. Makes sure to listen to music with an up-beat tempo. This will keep your energy levels up and can enlighten your mood. Moving your body to music can help you keep your mind on the task at hand, instead of your climbing debt ratio.
