Added to this, drinking lots of water and eating foods rich in fibre content such as fruits helps for better digestion. You will also be amazed to know that it leaves you feeling less hungry than before.

Step 2: Eat at regular intervals

As much as eating the right diet is of importance, eating at the right time is also important for proper weight loss. Eating frequently and in smaller quantities is more important for your body and physique. Some people might be under the misconception that eating more is often the cause for obesity. For others, eating just two meals a day means lesser calories. In reality, letting the stomach go dry and leaving it empty for a longer duration makes gastric juices secrete in greater quantities. This gives you a false feeling of increased hunger and leads to over eating too!
