Pelvic tilt. This is done by raising the torso upwards from rest while the knees are flexed. This conditions the lower back to give a total workout for the whole midsection. The lower back is the fortress of your body especially the spine, so it is important to give it attention like how you would do to the other parts of your body that needs toning.
Twists. While sitting on the floor, open your legs to a 45 degree angle and put your hands behind your head. Twist to the right and to the left for at least 20 counts and repeat the set three times.
Oblique Crunch. This eliminates the love handles that everyone is trying to break up with. With the oblique crunch, your side obliques will get firm and you never have to worry about having to wear a tight-fitting shirt or blouse ever again.
