How to Burn Fat
There are two different sections of fat. The first layer is called subcutaneous. This is the layer that you can physically pinch and see on the outside of your body. This can be troublesome and stubborn to burn off than the inside layer of fat that your body contains. In order to get rid of subcutaneous fat you must get ride of the second layer of fat.
The second layer of fat is called visceral fat. Visceral fat is the fat that people can not see. It resides below the surface and can be the most dangerous. It is possibly one of the most life threatening types of fats. It surrounds the body’s organs such as the heart, lungs, intestines, kidneys, and other main organs. Visceral fat can be battled by eating healthy and combining your new healthy lifestyle with a new exercise regimen. The following can target both subcutaneous and visceral fat.
The main type of exercise that you will need to do in order to battle the flab is aerobics. Aerobics will help get your adrenaline pumping and your heart rate up. That is the first step to burning fat. High heart rate and high adrenaline will keep you energetic and force you to sweat. Sweating will help burn off those unwanted calories. Running, bicycling, treadmill are just a few types of aerobics you can do. Make sure you get in at least a half hour to an hour of aerobics to burn off the fat.
Having a small snack in between each main meal of the day will help you burn fat. A simple cup of yogurt or olives will help you keep your fat count down. Snack every 3 hours to keep your blood sugar level even.
Squeezing your abdominal muscles can help you burn fat also. Breathe normally through your mouth or nose, while you pull in and hold your stomach muscles. Hold your stomach muscles in for about a minute. Then release and repeat. This will make a noticeable difference in your appearance. It will not only shed fat but it will strengthen your ab muscles as well.
