Men Pump it up with Chest Exercises
Today, there are different chest exercises being offered. All you have to do is work on the one that is ideal for you. Be diligent in your exercise and you are on your way to achieving the body figure that you desire.
The most effective chest exercise for male’s pectoral muscle is the bench press. There are so many things that you can do in bench press it can bring benefit of ripped pecs and increase the strength of the back arm. There is no way you can develop a well rounded physique if you do not have good chest development. Remember that when working your chest form and breathing are very important.
Here are some examples of the easiest yet effective chest exercises:
1. Dumbbell flat press - the flat press works the thickness of the chest and flys work the width of the chest. Grab the 2 dumbbells and lie flat on your back, breathe in the way down and exhale the way up. Rotate the grip as you go.
2. Dumbbell flat flys – for this type, you can pretend like your hugging a big tree, the angle of your elbow from your upper arm to your lower arm should be on a constant range of motion, you can perform these exercises in 4 sets / 12-10-8-6.
If you want to bring your chest exercise to the next level or if you are focusing on strength you can do the inclined press. This is done by adjusting your bench to a 30 degree incline; you may use high weights and fewer reps if you are in an inclined position.
If you do these exercises once a week you will gain both strength and appearance. Remember to be consistent with chest exercises; you will definitely be rewarded if you stick to it.
