There are several diets that you could choose from; the main thing to consider is what healthy diet would best fit your daily lifestyle.

As long as you are mindful of eating the foods that you like in small portions, you do not have to stress so much about it. Be sure that you are also consuming the food that your body needs, foods packed with vitamins and nutrients.
Aim to at least eat five portions and vegetables and fresh fruits everyday. These types are a great source of vitamins, minerals and fiber that helps us to develop and maintain a healthy body. Fiber rich foods keep you full and help you to control your eating habits and maintain a steady energy level throughout the day.
