Such as books, e books, audio books, cds, and dvds. From there users just have to upload their file or files to LuLu, create a theme, page layout, and then hit publish. Their book is then available on LuLu marketplace, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and many more.

LuLu has three publishing packages that authors can choose. Global publishing will allow the writer's creation to be listed on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and it will be available through Ingram for more than 20,000 publishers and book stores to see.

Creators have two choices on how they would like to receive payment. Creators can choose to receive payment around the first of every month through Paypal or they can choose to have a check send to their home. LuLu does take a 20% commission off of each item that is sold. Creators are able to set their own selling price in order for a profit to be made on Lulu’s part and the authors..

All communication with creators are done through email. There is no contact umber for LuLu but live chat and email is available to communicate with the staff.
